Considering the this is the FIRST book ever written by J.R. Lee, this is fantastic. I have been a SciFi fan since highschool (a while back...LOL). So I have read a lot of SciFi. Mr Lee surprised me not only because of her wonderful imagination, but also because she has some knowledge of science and how things work or could work when we move what we can do now to the next level. This is a survival story that throws in humanitarian, love, teamwork, adaptability along with a sense of freedom for her characters. The pace is quick and you find yourself not wanting to put the book down because you really want to know what happens next! This book is good for a broad audience, from older teens to adults. Love it and can't wait for her next one!Product details

It didn't make my favorites list, but I definitely enjoyed the ride. Exciting twists both within the characters and throughout the world.

Absolutely loved and enjoyed the book. The characters were fun, engaging and the story resonated. I loved the humor and the mix of sci-fi genres. I recommend anyone pick up this book and give it a whirl.
Anyone who likes fantasy should enjoy this story. A select few humans are saved before the Roa destroy the earth as we know it. Taken to a new planet far away our heroine must learn to cope with her new reality.
